Sales Executive

Introduction

The Sales Executive position offers the opportunity for a hard working individual to have a direct positive impact on the company’s success. Purpose
The Sales Executive’s purpose is to grow the company’s market share, open new sales channels, and develop new market opportunities. Target customers include manufacturing companies that would use our products as components in their assemblies. The Sales Executive sells injection molded and extruded products to manufacturing companies on behalf of two operations in different locations (East Longmeadow, MA and Hope Valley, Rhode Island).

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience selling within the plastics manufacturing industry. College degree is required, engineering degree preferred. Must be accustomed to closing business deals in the range of $100k to $1 million and able to bring in at least $500k in new business annually.

Compensation
Toner Plastics offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience that includes a base salary and commission, as well as benefits including health insurance, paid holidays and 401k plan with company match.
