Our extrusion operation has 19 production lines based in our 120,000 ft2 facility in East Longmeadow, MA. For over 30 years, we have produced flexible extrusions such as wire & cable components, plastic craft lace, and 3D printing filament. Our capabilities have recently grown to include the production of small and large diameter tubing, rigid profile extrusion, and coextrusion.
Toner Plastics offers pilot production line services with reasonable and flexible pricing for production trials and direct access to our process engineering team. We are happy to work with our customers’ raw materials to help bring their products to life, and welcome entrepreneurs and small business owners to take their first steps in manufacturing with us.

Our 120,000 ft2 operation in East Longmeadow, MA includes 19 extrusion lines augmented by several in-line and secondary manufacturing capabilities. For decades we have produced flexible extrusions such as wire & cable filler rod, plastic Craftlace, earplug cord and 3D printing filament. Our capabilities have recently grown to include the production of small and large diameter tubing and pipes, rigid profile extrusion, and coextrusion. Our extrusion operation is well equipped with in-line cutting, punching, and winding which allows us to turn orders around expediently. We also do several post-extrusion operations such as machining, kitting, and assembly.
